Looking for infrared photographers – are any out there?
I was just surfing around the net and I noticed that of what came back, even around page 10, the predominant number of links were to books about infrared photography, rather than to infrared photography itself. This leads me to wonder if there are more authors for infrared photography than photographers. It is sort of the inverse of the food chain, where there would be more consumers than producers. I’m hoping I’m wrong, or maybe it’s just because many infrared photographers don’t post to their own work.
So with that said, if you have some infrared work you would like to share, let me know and I’ll post it if I feel it is really good.

looking around the web I stumbled across your images. Those infra red images are amazing! I’m just starting to experiment with infra red. At first I used a nikon 50mm f1.4 d, this left a hot spot in the center of the image the shape of the aperture. Later I used a 105mm micro nikkor, which did not produce a hot spot. This lense has focal shift markings for focusing infra red and uv. I used a fuji s5. When I get going and make some images I’ll send some your way if you’d like.
